How this was measured: Eight weekly audits across the same 60 agreed Leeds maternity and family buyer questions, asked without introducing Fleagio’s name and with each question counted equally. Fleagio appeared in 3 of 60 independent answers on 8 September 2026 and 35 of 60 on 27 October. Assisted follow-ups are excluded.

The challenge

Fleagio had a distinctive offer: natural, colourful photography that helps families feel comfortable without awkward posing. But when prospective customers asked AI assistants for recommendations, that difference was often missing.

The starting audit found Fleagio in just 5% of the monitored answers. Other photographers were appearing in the recommendations shaping customers’ shortlists.

Fleagio needed to understand where it was being overlooked and turn its strengths into information that customers and AI assistants could discover.

What Lindle did

Lindle established a baseline across the buyer questions that mattered to Fleagio, then tracked visibility, website links and competitor appearances each week.

The retained answers showed which qualities were already being recognised and where clearer information would strengthen Fleagio’s presence. That gave the team specific priorities for its website content. Fleagio revised its llms.txt website guide to prioritise maternity and family enquiries, and published supporting articles about camera-shy parents and sibling photography.

The team also connected Google Analytics to Lindle, bringing AI-referred website visits into the same evidence picture. Fleagio could now see where visitors from ChatGPT were arriving, including commercially relevant service and pricing pages.

What changed

Fleagio’s visibility more than quadrupled in the first week, rising from 5% to 23.3%.

By 13 October, it had reached 40%. The weekly study then moved to 31.7% on 20 October before reaching a new high of 58.3% on 27 October. That latest study found Fleagio in 35 of 60 independent buyer answers, compared with 3 of 60 at the starting point.

Fleagio appeared more often than any other measured brand in the latest question set. Its own website was cited in 34 of 60 assessed answers, connecting the recommendations back to Fleagio’s pages.

The recommendations reflected the qualities that make the business distinctive. For a maternity question about camera-shy parents, the answer described Fleagio as its “top pick”. For colourful, personality-led family photography, it described Fleagio as the “strongest fit”. Both answers linked directly to Fleagio’s website.

Connected Google Analytics reporting also identified ChatGPT-referred visits to the homepage, pricing page and first-birthday photography page, giving Fleagio visibility into website activity alongside its growing presence in AI answers.

Why it mattered

Fleagio became more discoverable for the services and experiences that define its business.

Lindle gave the team a repeatable process: understand the questions customers ask, prioritise useful improvements and track the results. Website content decisions were grounded in actual buyer questions and saved recommendation evidence.

With GA4 connected, Fleagio can measure AI-referred visits and the pages attracting those visitors alongside its visibility progress, keeping discovery and website performance connected.

“Lindle gave us a clear picture of where Fleagio was appearing in AI recommendations and what to work on next. That helped us focus our website content on the questions parents were asking. Seeing Fleagio recommended for the relaxed, colourful photography we’re known for has been brilliant. With GA4 connected, we can also see the website visits alongside our visibility.”
